We send a written scope covering pages, content, access, ownership, hosting and handover. Work starts after you accept it and pay the first $750.

Build and review
We build the pages from your approved text and send them for review, with two consolidated rounds of revisions.

Handover and optional care
After you approve and pay the second $750, we check key pages and the form, then hand over in writing. Care can start if you choose it.

Separate costs and quotes
- Hosting subscriptions, domain names, paid business email and outside tools are separate costs you pay directly. We agree on them in writing before you receive a quote.
- New pages beyond five, redesigns, custom development, online shops and integrations need a separate written quote.

Who is this for?
Local service businesses that need a simple, informational website: a few pages that explain what you do, where you work and how to get in touch. It is not for online shops or custom web applications.
What do I need to provide?
The text for your pages, or notes we can organize and lightly edit for your approval, plus any photos or logo you own and have the right to use. We agree on the list in the written scope.
Is monthly care required?
No. Care is optional, month to month and $99/month per website. You can have the website built and handed over without it.
Do you promise more customers or a top search ranking?
No. We set basic page titles and descriptions, but nobody can honestly guarantee leads, sales or rankings.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and how quickly content and approvals come in, so we don't promise a fixed turnaround. We discuss expected steps in writing before work starts.
Can we talk by phone or video?
All communication is by email and written messages. This keeps every decision in writing for both of us.
Who pays for hosting and the domain?
Hosting subscriptions, domain names, paid business email and outside tools are separate costs you pay directly. We agree on them in writing before you receive a quote.
