Steady Harbor builds informational websites for local service businesses, with optional monthly care after launch. Every project starts with a written scope that you accept before any work or payment.

A written handover of what was built and how to reach it

Paid in two parts: $750 when you accept the written scope; $750 after you approve the finished website, before handover or publication.

Care is optional and month to month, priced per website. Unused time does not roll over. You can cancel before the next billing period; how we hand things over is agreed in writing.

Sending a request is not a purchase and does not commit you to anything. We reply by email. Nothing on this website takes payment for these services.

Before work starts

We agree a written project agreement that covers:

the pages, the content you provide and the revision rounds;
which accounts and access you give us, and who owns the domain, hosting and content;
what the handover includes and how you reach your website afterwards;
any limits of the hosting platform, such as whether a site can be moved elsewhere later. We only promise a transfer when the platform supports it.

Separate costs and quotes

Hosting subscriptions, domain names, paid business email and outside tools are separate costs you pay directly. We agree on them in writing before you receive a quote.
New pages beyond five, redesigns, custom development, online shops and integrations need a separate written quote.

Guaranteed leads, sales or search rankings
A fixed or guaranteed turnaround time
Unlimited edits, 24/7 or emergency coverage
Ongoing monitoring, or any security or backup guarantee
Writing customer reviews, results or other facts about your business
