CSV columns and format

Quoting, commas and line breaks
Wrap a field in double quotes when it contains a comma, a line break or a quote. Write a quote inside a quoted field as two quotes: "He said ""hi""". Spreadsheet apps do this for you when you choose “CSV UTF-8”.
Duplicates and skipped rows
Each listing_id must be unique within a file. Duplicate, empty or too-long rows are listed with their row number and skipped; skipped rows are never counted against your plan. Fix them in your file and upload again.
Batch size and monthly limits
Startup: up to 100 listings per batch and 1,000 per calendar month (UTC). Growth: up to 500 listings per batch and 5,000 per calendar month (UTC). Pro Business: up to 1,000 listings per batch and 20,000 per calendar month (UTC). If a batch is too large or too few reviews are left, the Review button explains why and nothing is counted. Split the file or wait for the next month.
Retrying after an error
Each prepared batch carries its own key. If the connection drops and you press Review again without changing anything, you get the batch already saved instead of a second copy, and it is counted once.
What a flag means, and what no flag means
A flag means the text matched a known warning pattern; it is not proof of fraud. “No signals matched” is not proof a listing is safe. Links are read as text and never opened.
Exporting and deleting
Open a batch to filter its results and export the rows shown as CSV. Delete removes the batch and its saved results after you confirm; it doesn't give back that month's usage.
